That is what E is based upon yes. However, you don't get E with MDMA in it too much anymore.

Most are surprised to learn that the stuff you get now is AT LEAST 90%....wait for it....caffeine. Isn't that peachy. Aside from that it's some heroin and speed. Pure MDMA is an entirely different thing from what you get now. I have tried both, and they are just bad for you.
