In all honesty, a "slut" doesn't really have one said attribute. It's a combination of things, including how she acts around other girls (does she flirt with a bunch of guys, hang on them, talk dirty?), what kinds of clothes she wears (if she's wearing a 2" micro-skirt and a tube top, she is probably a slut), how many guys she's been with and how many (if any) dates they went out on before secks (to include handjobs, oral, anal, or vaginal), or if she's bi.
It also depends who you ask regarding the girl. If you ask her best friend, they'll tell you that she's not. But, if you ask her ex-boyfriend, yea, she's definately a slut.
