you can lose power on an intake but the design has to suck, the injen design doesn't suck so that isn't a problem. you can lose power at some parts of the power band while gaining in other parts, you haven't lost any power if you installed it correctly. as for the ecu, you don't need to reset it, the ecu will make the adjustments itself, that if what all the airflow meters are for. don't worry about it.
