we have a bad place around here called Kenneth City about 1 sq mile of a town and im serious. But he only way the city stays there is by ticketing people..so if you are ever in redneck side of Florida called Kenneth City, do not speed
my friend got pulled over for accidentally revving his engine at a light trying to drive, they ticketed for loud exhaust, too low, tint, blue strobes (which weren't on) and blue LED license plate bolts
