i don't doubt you high to mid 13s running 12psi of boost. It is a good kill. The whole thing that threw me was that h22 thing earlier. And i wouldn't refer to you civic as "a pile-civic", that thing has something like 230 to the wheels, you would be in the 12s with slicks.
