the turbo kit on a d16 would probobly beat a b18c1 swap... they've got like 180 crank hp at MOST...
A well tuned d series turbo will have 175-200 whp.. and be cheaper. if you want to start with a b18 then go ahead but do it yourself with supervision.. you'll save money and learn a lot.
