On a mitsubishi eclipse GST, how much can you boost without doing any rebuilding...

I've heard of people buying them new tearing off the turbo putting on a t20 and running 12's at the track (that was a gst too not the gsx (awd))

do how much can you boost? with stock turbo, and upgraded fuel delivery?
