Its the title of the albumn. Its some unreleased songs that found their way to kazaa and stuff like that, the band members didn't like the quality of the songs that had found their way out so they fixed them up and released them in an albumn. So they put out the albumn mostly because of the poor quality of the songs being shared online and wanted better ones around they titled it Steal This Albumn.

You may have known that, its hard to judge tone and whatnot over the computer. So I thought I would just figure you really thought he stole the albumn and explain that he probably didn't.

Also System of a down is a very political band. You have to read between the lines with a title like that. There is a book entitled Steal this book. It is a political book and that book has been stold more then any other book in the world.
