If your 16 anything is going to cost you a lot to insure no matter what. So insurance shouldn't be a issue if your looking for a car with potential/preformance. If insurance is the issue then just get a Civic and stop talking about insurance.

Now that is out of the way, just listen to what just about everyone else already said.
