5th gen hatch (92-95)...you can get one super cheap and they're very light (the Si one has moonroof and power stuff unlike the dx)
If you can get a 6th gen dx (96-00) for cheap do that, but they still dont have pwr windows (i dont know about locks either) but you can easily swap the door panels from an EX or Si that had power stuff

it doesnt matter what kind of miles are on the engine as long as the body is in good shape...swap the crappy engine for a b18c1 (integra gsr) and then turbo the sucker...you'll be rollin pretty damn fast...just keep the rice off it

get some koni yellows and some decent springs to mach and you'll be good
