heres the rundown, a b18c in a civic hatch is the same as a corvette c5 with a z06 motor thrown in (a production motor in a higher class car) so therefore SVT cobra's saying is still true

both given the chance for the same modifications the vette wins,
let alone a N/A gsr motor will never take a 12 second capable c5 vette given similiar drivers as long as its still 1.8L cams head and intake manifold will prolly net a high 13 run at best.

the only way new 4 cylinders catches up to new v8's is DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR, cause even then a new si would SMOKE a mustang or vette.

BUT then again my mustang would smoke you both, and then you could always buy a 11 second car somewhere for 3 grand, and on down the line..
