um not really.. this would be hard for you to do yourself because you just dont have the tools or supplies to do it!
You'll basically need to sand down the shit u dont want, then fill it with some special metal mixture that sets, then shave that down smooth, then repaint over it. Where do you live? i know this one shop that should be able to do it really well for cheap.
