6:12 EXREMELY BAD! I have had a bad knee ever since high school (from running track and cross country and always cross training between seasons). This year I was doing pretty well and my knee went out. I spent about 45 min at a First Aid station having this really hot chick rub down my legs the whole time...

My first year I ran it in 4:15...Really good, especially for a first year. Was I disappointed with my time this year? No. I expected it. I am glad I crossed that line...
