First question, seems about right. If it is in great condition and taken care of, yes. If so-so, about 13.5-14g's. Second question is a good one, I have noticed that too. Some people call the RSX, "2003 Integra RSX". I guess since the RSX was the replacement of the Teg, people just dont want to let go
