Mate I dont think any internet advice is going to help you find that person you connect with. If you are really interested in finding "her" then you need to get out there and meet new people. Or look around the group of girls you know now and figure out if you're over looking something.

There are no easy answers, if it was easy to find that special someone this wouldn't be such a big problem.
