well lets see he attacked Kuwait after he said he wouldnt, then he put civilians in his bases in an attempt to keep from being attacked. So we(the UN) went in their and helped out Kuwait and as an agreement for a cease fire Saddam agreed to disarm his military and allow inspectors to see EVERYTHING. Which he hasnt done.

OH and did you know smart guy that we get most of our oil from venezuela???
