Dont buy from?

BAD experience buying from JC WHITNEY.. i ordered a macpherson strut spring compressor w/ safety hooks and i got a coil spring compressor (goes inside the spring where the stut is)
i called them up they said they would send me a prepaid stamp so i dont have to pay for shipping coz its their mistake.. i waited a month and it didnt arrive.. i called them again, all they said was they would send me another one..finally it arrived in almost 2 wks.
i sent the package back right away and waited another month 1/2
and the new package came... guess what? it's the WRONG ONE again... i was pissed, i called and i ask them: "why the hell cant you get it right? i mean, the part number was there and it was the right one, the picture shows the right part, why are you making these mistakes? as usual, he gave me bunch of BS... he said he was gonna send me another prepaid stamp and it has been a month now and im still waiting... im gonna cancel this freakin order and take my money back.. we're talking about more than 4 months here just for one stupid package...
u might have had a good experience w/ them but i sure DIDN'T...
