uncut guys can produce more um.. lubrication, and the head of their penis is more sensitive since uncut guys' penis heads are all protected n stuff.

and does it smell bad? yeah, if the guy is nasty. kinda like how a girl would smell bad if she didn't take care of herself either. but sometimes they are really ugly if the guy has mass amounts of foreskin haha.

americans are usually kinda freaked out by uncut guys, but i dunno why...
