well opening up a business is a long process. First of all i reccomend you incorporate if u wanna grow bigger later on (you know credits and stuff) then as you get your federal EIN number you go to your local county auditor and get a vendor license(mine was $25 and the incorporation was around $570). then you can sell. as for the name go with something that reflects you business activity. i will be dealing with suspension, body kits, and the regular bolt ons for the engine so rob sugested that i use styld right motorsport, and i just corected the spelling (time for skool rob jfwy). anyway go with a name like performance unlimited, or unlimited performance and styling. if u need anymore hel email me.
