our beloved cops
well we all know how much we "love" our cops. today i went to check my alarm cause it's got some issues, so when we were comming back my brother was in front of me and i was follwing him like 100ft behind, when i see this cop coming the opposite way. he pulls a u turn right in front of me, and i have to slam on the brakes just to avoid his lame ass, then he puts thee light on and he goes ahead and pulls my brother over. i stop for a while behind him too se wassup them my brother calls me and tells me to leave. anyway the second i saw the cops i checked my speed and i was doing 35 on 25 and i was closing in the distance between my brother and me. finally my brother gets home and tells me he got a ticket for 49 on 25. i know that is bull, cause as i said before i was closing in and my speedo showed only 35 and it runs 3% faster so i was like 30 mph. just venting. the problem is my brother is only 16, and had his license for less then six months now. I guess i'll go with him to juve court when he is scheduled

damn popos...i hate em...i say your bro should fight the ticket...the cops around me tend not to show up for that kind of stuff so its easy to get it removed...maybe your locals are the same...plus if you have your bro say that the cop did a U-ey right in front of you IF the ass shows up Im sure that you would get some sort or a break

round where i live you cant fight a speeding ticket... well you can fight it but you wont win. the best bet in NY is to try and get it reduced and go to driving school

well i got a ticket for 47 on 25 4 years back and i had my license for less than 6 months too. my fine was like $35 and the court costs were 55, so i got out paying only $90 and no points. the city where my brother got the ticket has higher fines but he has to go to juvie court in downtown cleveland, whick is like 15 minute drive andparking sucks. most likely the cop won't show up there.

i got a ticket for doing 53 in a 35. i tried the ole "I'm Dislexic" trick. unlucky for me, the cop actually was. i didn't get out of that one.

reasons like that r why i try to have at least 2 cops i know prett well so if i have a prob i can call and will try to fix it
there was one time back last may when i had my truck the plate lights had a short, i knew it but forgot about it, well i saw him get behind me so i start going the speed limit but pulls me over. i didnt know why at the moment but i had a city and a county cop there. the city cop put that bright as f**k light that they have on the side of the car on me so im about blind after a few sec, comes over all big and bad going through his normall crap. well finally comes back and tells me why he pulled me over and starts to walk off but i stoped him and asked if one of the cops i know was working. well he acts like were good friends or something and tells me hes off but will be there the next day. so i get ready to drive off when he comes back to ask if my eyebrow ring hurt or not . i dont know why but after i asked about the guy i know he was cool with me and he hasn't pulled me over since and trust me the way i drive most cops in my town know me or my car |

That sucks dude, definitely try to fight it.
However.....3% off doesn't make 35 go down to 30. 30 * 1.03 = 30.9 MPH.....but it's also not 49 either. b |

That really sucks. A week ago after going out to the bar my friends and I went to a diner. My best friend was sort of pretending to throw a plate but she dropped it out of her hand...it didn't even go far. It just fell about 2 ft from her hand to the floor. And she got arrested for it.

Yeah, she had to spend the night in jail. I had to pick her up the next morning. And I went to court with her yesterday. She didn't even get in trouble. She just can't go and eat at this craphole diner for a year.

Don't even get me started... I have 4 tickets right now that are outstanding. 3 fo them are speeding, and lame for that matter.

ummmmmmmmmmm......... is it bad to date a sherriff? lol, went out tonight with this guy and he is a local sherrif's deputy. he is way into me and wow i never realized what a turn off that is!

When you goto court and if the cop shows up and says he was doing 49mph in a 25mph zone. Bring up the question "when was the last time this radar gun was calibrated" most likely its beyond its service schedual. Best of luck!

well........as for dating a cop...... nah i am not gonan do it, we just didnt hit it off, he is madly in love with me (or acting like it so he can get some) and it turns me off completely! but he is a real sweety, he threw a mini party for me, and then took me out to dinner.
thanks stefan for the birthday wishes. oh and as brian goes, anyone that knows me knows i can do much much much bettter. i dont deserve the head games.
