I rear ended this one guy. He was cut off by another person and slammed on his brakes, which in turn caused me to slam on mine. I didnt react quick enough. It happened so quickly. The insurance company thinks that the person (I hit) is running an insurance scam...I have yet to hear a follow-up from them
