He's right, the 420A ( 95+ NA Talon, Eclipse) is a waste of a car, I've seen many and most be happy to get a high 16 and spraying a low 15, those cars are turds and with out the Turbo just plain suck, a EX with some mods would take it, no question.

On the other hand we have a guy here in OK that has a NA with the HANN racecraft 18G turbo kit, he ran 13.8 @ 107 with drag radials...
