it can be it all depends on your own personal hygene. I'm circumcized but I know people who aren't or weren't till late in life.
In general though there's 2 things to worry about 1. Scmegma(sp) 2. the odor associated with Scmegma (sp) (that's d*ck cheese to you and me russ.)
