On your block(under the hood) toward the back(on my 01 EX)is a VTEC Solinoid with 1 wire comming off of it.(If you trouble finding it just look for a solinoid w/ a single wire comming off). Then find where you want too put it. Next run the wire from the engine compartment too the cab. Now splice one of the wires too the solinoid and one too a ground. Now in the cab on the positive side of your choosen light run the wire from the solinoid, and the ground too the ground.
