My solid state electronics teacher has this picture on his site, and said whoever can decode the binary message (assuming in ASCII) on the banner gets an A for the class. I've been working on it forever, and I keep getting stuck. here it is:

well if that is a number then tha value is 3773, if it's only a letter it is a weird e. beats me and i'm a CSC major

well.. if you can figure out all the numbers, then you can put it in there and decode it, but, if you got my message... im too lazy to, and its for your grade

yea i like hex cuz tonz of ppl use binary and when i spill out mah hex it makes me look super-L337
