Well guys I went out and bought some protein shake mix stuff... chocolate mmm
 ... well anyways I have started taking it today after working out quite rigorously. 8 servings costs $31!!! Well it is something like 40g of protein per serving, so I think thats a pretty good supplement... I might look into getting some tablets too...
