its a big fat pain in the ass though.....you pretty much need a big tub to soak everything in specially if your doing the dash....and it has to be metal cause i used my tub and it stained it black.....i had to bleach it a million times to get it out and you can still kinda tell its there

well I just used vinyl spray paint and it turned out pretty well. The vinyl is doing fine but the plastic will get scratched. It sucks but its better than getting it all done by pros. Well its cheaper.

Ive seen the vinyl spray paint at pep boys. But Ive also seen a vinyl stain/dye that you spray on like paint. How did the vinyl come out after you dyed it?

It came out looking really good. The first time I sprayed I just did 3 coats of spray. Then it started to fade but only where I would put my arm on the top of the door. So I have redone it all with 3 coats and 3 coats of clear coat. It looks awesome. I didnt use the die but a vinyl spray paint its made by plastikote and is a fast dry super enamel.
