165fwhp and 3200lbs is about 15.4@91(IN THE BEST COMPARO IT RAN 15.4 MIND YOU!) so YOUR car with about 165-170fwhp and 2900-3000lbs raceweight is NOT GOING TO BE 103.2mph! ITS NOT FEASIBLE! and i dont see 14.4 either but maybe with spray its definately possible...
