My biggest New Years Resolution is simply to not screw things up... got everything going well now, and just need to stay the course... getting a new car soon, so wanna keep the grades up, keep family relations well, need to get no tickets and no wrecks until May or June (never been in a wreck, only 1 speeding ticket in 1.5 years)...so yeah, just dont f*&^ things up...

i wana goto the gym to gain weight, not loose it. im in great shape for my size... but im 6' and 145lbs. i would like to be upto about 160 ish, and cut. my abs/legs are rock solid, my chest is kinda there, maybe needs a bit more meat in it, but my arms need improvment. i dont wana look bulky, i kinda like the thin clean punk kid look, but i'd like to have a bit more strength for skating and running... and im looking into getting into a college sport, maybe lacross or somehting.. cant be tiny for that.

I put more thought into it and i really need to get some more pounds ( about 40) i'm 6' tall and only 125 lbs. Also i'd like to completely stop smoking and stay the hell away from being under the car all day. Also i gotta stop taking things apart just to see why the work

i dont wana look jacked... i hate the jock/muscle head look. i wana be in shape. i dont mind my size... its what makes me.. me, but i'd like to add a bit of muscle onto me. 190 would be too big for me, i have a friend who's 190 and my hieght, its bigger than i wana be

My current blood reading is resting heart rate: 57bpm and 128/60 (whatever units those are in) I just need more muscle mass.
