cops lie to get people to confess....
if they have a tape they have to show it to you before you go to court. It's evidence that you are allowed to review BEFORE the trial... If you request it and they don't give it to you the case gets kicked out of court... If you see it and it shows you saying you were a cop... you didn't present false ID (I hope) so it's really not that big of a deal... chances are the DA will be reasonable... if not the chances of any court putting a felony conviction on a first time offender are just about nil... how old are you? if you've never been in court before chances are this will get laughed out of court. DO NOT SAY ANYTHING INCRIMINATING TO THE POLICE.
