There is just no G'dam way that these kids had ANY idea of what they were doing... I'm sure that they've never smoked pot or really new what they were doing....

If you ask me the ridiculous thing is that a 3rd grader can get charged with a felony because of $75 worth of a drug that's probobly less harmful than caffine.

the fact that our school systems think it's the best course of action to expell a THIRD grader there by destroying the rest of his life because he did something DUMB when he was 9.

Come on people at some point we must realize that 9 year olds are not exactly mentally prepared to understand the conciquences of their actions.

this zero tolerance shit is just rediculous.
