you cannot use the same type of sleve the h22's have in them if you plan on running new pistons, i am not sure what the stock sleeve is (iron? aluminum?) but basicaly, the fordged pistons will be like rubbing on sandpaper against a h22 stock sleeve, this is one thing i know is a huge difference between b and h serise motors. im going to do some research on your plans though, and report back with my findings
