Why??!!

This is a question that I always seem to be asking myself whenever I'm driving from point A to point B. This usually happens on a daily basis and I just can't seem to figure it out for the life of me. Why the hell would anyone put stuffed animals or a box of tissues in that little space that's near the rear windshield??!! It's even worse when there's both there. And why would you put the tissues THERE? How is that convienient if you need one and you're driving?
