Elkhart doesn't seem to be that heavily industrialized. maybe you could open a business like summit or tireack. both of them have buildings that big for their stors/warehouses

LOL I'd buy it and sell everything worth of value inside. Then sell the building to some bum on the street and let him worry about the maintinance cost. All he'll have to do is declare bankruptcy then the Govern. will have to take care of it.
