$1 buys a lot
WOW. that's
Hmm.. where were they when I was buying my house?!
lol, thats cool...i'd say it's a waste of a dollar though...
did u read on? matinence on the building costs a mere 6 to 7 million a year.
they should just bomb the building  cheaper that way:D
lol
i'd buy it, and just ruin it. i mean you dont HAVE to maintain it once you have ownership, you can be a shithead with the place and break it and run it to the ground. then build a huge house on the foundation
Lol, what a deal

Nothing like a nice big house surrounded by smoke stacks in the middle of an industrial zone! |
Elkhart doesn't seem to be that heavily industrialized. maybe you could open a business like summit or tireack. both of them have buildings that big for their stors/warehouses
LOL I'd buy it and sell everything worth of value inside. Then sell the building to some bum on the street and let him worry about the maintinance cost. All he'll have to do is declare bankruptcy then the Govern. will have to take care of it.
i'd buy it for $1. sell whatever it is inside. turn it into an indoor paintball arena.
Paintball may not be big in alaska though. Maybe half paintball half skate park. |

My bad...my question then is, why the hell is it in the Anchorage daily news? |

Because they have nothing better going on in Alaska to talk about. :) |
