B16 in a hatch with a GReddy kit and some drag radials = 12's

Cost about $6-7000

B16 cost about $2500
Greddy Turbo kit cost $3100 with intercooler
Nitto Drag Radials $200 for a pair

Your total is $5,800. The total that I gave your before was being that you can install all this stuff yourself. If you cannot, then add about $2000 for the motor and turbo install.

Don't get too crazy with your Drag SLicks.... It will rip your axles apart....

drag radials aren't slicks, slicks can and most likely will give stock axles a problem at high rpm launches...

A lot of it is how your car is put together. I have had no problems with my stock axels with a touch over 500 whp to play with. Granted they will pop at some point but i jstu carry spares. You have to figure if you want a set of race axles its gonna run you a little over a grand. Thats a lot of used stock sets. i guess if your in competition its nice but if you jsut want to run 12s it wont be nessesary.

that stock diff will blow before them axels will. No more than 300 hp for the diff or your asking for problems.

you also might wanna look into beefing up your tranny as well. With slicks, those stock honda tranny's are not gunna take much abuse before they shit the bed on ya.
