If you want bottled beers, then may I point you in the direction of the Belgian trappist monks and their microbreweries. Infact somr of them aren't even micro anymore.
The Germans also now how to brew a cold frosty one. I can't say I ever found a beer in the U.S that didn't taste like water [1]. Canada has a *slight* edge on the lager/beer front and a lot more options in the ale department.
