Seriously though, Last year I lost about 60lbs in less then about 8 or 9 months. The key is workout and eat good. Lots of fruits and veggies and chicken and chicken. No red meat. I would work out like every day too. It works. Im not ripped, but Im in a lot better shape then I was, Im lifting now and Im seeing the results. Atleast I have abs instead of a keg now.
