Problems with capacator.

Ok well im like 80% sure I have it hooked up right but here are my two questions...Do I need to run a power cable from the neg terminal on my battery to my cap(I dont see why I would, its grounded.) and last it burns through fuses i have it hooked up and yada and for about three seconds it turns but it beeps then it dies and its cause it jsut scorched a fuse. Ive gone through about 2 fuses now...and im runnign outa money ...lol.. Thx in advance.

yeah don't run the neg to the battery it's not very healthy

Dont run a neg to the battery..

The Cap causes fuses to blow? Which fuse? how have you wired it?
