I put 4 quarts of Mobil 1 in my car, but I run a larger filter (left) than normal (right)...
You didn't ask, but your tranny takes 2 quarts. I use Red Line MT-90.

there are 2 ways (probably more...) to get mtf into the tranny
1) the fill plug on the side of the tranny
2) from the vss hole on top/back of the tranny

(I fill via the vss because its A LOT easier)

read through this post:
http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=382416
and you can get a good idea of where stuff is. Then go outside and find it on your car.

Note added to above^^^
After you drain the tranny fluid and replace the drain plug, fill the tranny until the trany fluid just barely comes out of the hole. It should be 2 qts. To fill it, you will need a funnel with a hose small enough to go into the hole.
