does anyone know?

Well I have a question on intakes. Alot of y'all I think have AEM intakes and have alot of good things to say about them. So I was just wondering I've been doing research and was looking at APC Intimadator intake. Anyways are they any good and anyone know prices on them and same thing about the AEM CAI too?

Thanx for your help

Some people will argue that an intake is an intake, but I like to buy quality products. For only around $180 shipped, you can get the AEM CAI off of www.groupbuycenter.com That's a great deal, and APC isn't exactly known for quality.

gain and installation

How much will the aem CAI actually give me (in terms of HP gain)?

And I haven't ever really installed anything onto my car (other than pedals and kit), but do you think I'm better off installing an intake myself? or should i just take it to a shop?

thks

installing is pretty easy. i think you need to enlarge some hole in the inner fender for the intake to fit

In that case, get it for 175 and take a few minutes to put it in yourself.

How do I go about enlarging a hole? Do I need any expensive tools, etc?

Thanks,
Gee
