I was thinking about getting my doorhandles shaved...Im really concerned about the security of my car...I am going to keep my 4dr because it's all paid off...and it's my baby...
I can't wait to put that turbo in...
I am starting to get some ideas for the exterior since I've pretty much got the engine all covered...

i got a 95 4 door and basically its stock besides the cheap-o ebay intake that i'm gonna get for it, i wanted it to purr while i'm drivin' her..

as far as the future goes, it might have a B series swap...whenever the D15 blows up..

I have a stage 2 revhard on the way. but if your not swapping then basically reinforce the lower block. New rods, pistons need resleeved, Id def. go with some new cams.

If you are swapping you should consider a b18c1 (GSR) block with the B16 (LS) head with nice rods, pistons, and cams.

I dunno, I will have some pics up later. I dont know if you mean ext. mods either.

LMK what exactly you are looking for.

wow almost all of that post is wrong...

why would you need to build if NOT swapping?
D's hold boost fine...at least until you start going into lots of psi or a large turbo.
Cams would be the last thing on the list...once ALL options are gone.

A b16 head is a b16 head. An LS head is a b18b
And if swapping, why change to a b16 head on a b18 gsr block? The gsr head has higher compression. You could say for better flow -> poor man's type r...but a stock head is nothing w/o the porting and valvetrain componants.

rawr.. lol Im a little out of it tonight.. my bad.

like I said about building the D.. Im not sure what turbo she is planing to run. Generally 7psi with a small greddy (guess) would be fine on a D as long as it isnt super high miliage.

Also note how I said cams last

Dont mind me.. like I said.. tonight is not my night :P

Yea, I have the same exact car as you do but mine is black...and the two fenders and my bumper are primered...I don't want to get it painted or get rims yet because I might wanna do some thangs to the engine...maybe even get a swap...Im not certain yet...but I am leaning more towards an engine swap...nice pics by the way.

I went rims before drop since I didn't want to be too low while saving for rims. once I get suspension done I'll start deciding what else Im doing engine wise (have intake now), Im concidering swap too but we'll see once my suspension is fully taken care of

btw I have better (not blury) pics up

Yea, I just got done taking care of the suspension with a little more to do with it...I don't have intake...I want to go turbo...so I didn't even invest in intake...I just have a catback exhaust, I did a lot of maintenance under the hood...I installed a B&M short shifter...I also bought some parts related to the turbo kit that I wanna get and all I need is the turbo kit and the intercooler...
But I think I would feel better if I got an engine swap before I install the turbo...

Glad to hear things are gettin done kool-aid.
Just a tip:
If that shifter starts to rattle a lot, just get some nylon washers and place them on either sides of the ball, between the linkage forks. I did that when I had that shifter and it cleared up the problem.

Ok...I will keep that in mind...any reason why it would start rattling in the first place? I remember you saying that B&M wasn't your favorite brand, I think...

Im not sure why it really happens..but its common w/ b&m.
The reason why I didnt like it so much was that it put the knob pretty far away and the rattling thing wasnt a turn-on. The shifts were VERY short though. Its a good knob...but there are some compromises that you gotta make...true w/ everything though right?
