I just know the hf is lighter and, given that, is better for drag racing.

Nothing on the 88-91 ......The hf is the base model as to wear the dx is the next model up and then si.....There is no real difference except for weight wich isnt that much of a difference.....

the dx was throttle body injection, 1.5L, 4spd manual trans, could have air or not. the hf was a 1.5L multi-port injection, 5spd manual trans. the best way to tell is look ata the intake manifold and see if it has four injectors. if it does then its an hf. if it doesnt then its a dx.

hey juan......

hey, the backseat compartment is an aftermarket part. My friend had a 90' si a while back, and we looked on ebay once in while and found one on their for like $500 tho. So, conclusion, they go on ebay for a lot, but are hard to come by. Peace 1
