First mod for an Accord

Well, just trying to get the forums hoppin', so here's the question: What should the very first mod be for a stock Accord?

Mine was an AEM CAI.

I guess I can help out... my first real modification was lowering springs....... extremely happy with the results... even though getting them in was kind of a pain. :p

umm... yah... soo..... I'd post pictures of my car but the only pictures i have are stock ones, and for some reason my picture posts never work stupid server.

Depends. If you have an EX then you can roll on the stock wheels for a while. and if you get rims and dont lower it, it kinda looks like ass IMHO.

so I think that an intake is a better 1st mod. not to expensive and gives good results

Well my first real mod was my rims, and then I dropped her. I don't plan on doing any engine mods untill I either sell it or save up enough to do a manual swap.

True but in most cases, after you buy the car, you're broke... Since you went all out on the car, right??

In which case mags are out of the question..

The 2nd option you gave seems more reasonable.

haha... yeah well theres no point to start modding the engine your not going to keep...although your intake and exhaust will still work on the h22.

In my eyes the first mod should be some springs and struts...and I/E/H combo would also do good with the drop.

my first Mod was suspension.... Our Accord's are 4x4's when it comes to ride height. i dropped it with Neuspeed Sports and Neuspeed/Koni Yellow Adjustables. Then i threw on my 18's (sold them). i would recommend droppin' it 1st... it looks sick the first time you see your car dropped. i will never forget the feelin'

i guess it's all on you

i guess it depends where you want to start, from the engine, the exterior or the interior.

for me, a good engine mod would be to replace that stock air-box and free up some power, exterior :lowering springs, hey! i still have my hub caps, but at least i can worry about that some other time, hey, it only my opinion. and the inside: air freshener, really! i can't afford seats or a new shift knob, so why not?
