18" Rims

I was wondering how well 18" rims work with a 94 accord lx. Like do they rub when your turn or anything like that. I will be installing tokio struts with ground control coilovers also and a camber kit will this have any effects also.

i have 18 inch rims on my accord, and they dont rub one bit, except if i go over speed bumps, potholes, turn left, turn right, pull into my drive way, (you get the picture) im with stephan, go with 17's they rub as much, but since you plan on lowering your car, they might rub!

Thanks for your opinions. I think i will go with 17s to make sure there is a least chance of rubbage. Also they should weigh slightly less. What do you guys think about ADR rims?

I'll have to disagree with you there, my friend got some 19" RacingHart C-4's on his 99 Accord and they were so sexy and minimal rub, but I'm gonna stick 17" on mine..If I can ever get money

6th gens can get away with 18s, but they look too big on a 5th gen IMO. 17s give you a clean look and reduce rotating mass (a little, depending on wheel).

You can still probably fit 18s with the correct offset though, lots of people do it.

i have 18" motegi MR-7 on my 94 honda accord lx and they dont seem to rub very often. I love the look of them on my car and the stance that it gives the car. Along with them i have a set of AGX struts on it as well and it is the best ride i have ever had... But, If i were to do it again i would go with 17s.....

Hi guys,

First post here, and I think 18s are pretty sweet. Here's a pic of mine:

I had 17s before these, but after a couple of years, they just looked small.

Be nice to the newbie - and his car.

i think that 17's look alright sizewise on a cb7, cd5,7 car. 18's are waay to big.
