Show me your rims!!!
wassup everyone, ive been bustin my balls trying to think of what rims would look good on my car but damn!! i'm a visual thinker!!! Help me out and show me some PICS of your car and the rims you got (not just the picture of the rim only cuz thatll do me no good) so i can get a good idea of what i might like.
Also people been tellin me to drop my car forever but i say not until i get my rims. Should i wait or does it even matter? |

with some 17's and 215/45/17 tires you wud be able to get like 2.5" lower. my wheel has about the same diameter (195/70/14) and 2.5 lowering. make sure you get a 42 offset wheel

I have a frien the has a 96 accord and his is dropped 3.2 inches and he' had 18" niche shoks on it with no problems. Tears up ball joints and bushing's though. The cars so low that when you jack the car up the springs aren't even compressed. I'll try to get a pic of it.

s**t doesn't scrap at all. Promise you. It is by no doudt one of the roughest riding cars i've ever been in though. Does anybody know if it would help him at all if he went with performance stuts because he goes through ball joints fast as hell. Just another peice of advice to everybody out there don't ever buy sprint camber kits that's what he has on his car and he constantly breaks the rear control arm. Sprint told him the part is defective and they just keep sending him new ones. Hows that for business. I guess you get what you pay for right.

hmm rear control arm ? i got a sprint extreme kit and for the rear is just some longer screw and washers. and for scraping i don't scrape at all, except my driveway but any stock car does that too.

For the rear his it's the rod that connects to the body and connects to the rear knuckle and it has an threaded adjuster on it and it keeps snapping at the eyelet that connects to the knuckle. Yes speed bumps are really bad, you have to go over them at an angle, but it's not a loud scrape at all you barely notice it. Other then that getting around isn't bad you know where not to go in town after awhile but just watch out for the potholes. Good luck

I feel your pain, brotha. Although I can't claim it's "more fun" having anything other than stock steelies with plastic caps.....it definitely is more fun NOT having MXV4's on my car. b |
