I like the speed on this board as opposed to the one on S.H.O. man that thing lags! I hope this board stays fast and becomes when it becomes just as popular.

SHO is ok. But lately it seems that the people on it don't care to answer the tech questions. They'd rather answer the ones that have been asked 1000 times. Like how do I remove my emblems.
Can't dog it though. I learned alot on that board. Hey it IS where most of us were born.

I cant say anthing bad about SHO as ive been lurking on that site forever and have learned a lot from it. It has been going downhill over the past few months. I personally like Honda-tech for all the tech articles but I havent had anytime because i have to keep up with the moderating in here. We have to start out on a good foot and there are a lot of things that go on behind the scenes to make this an enjoyable site. I normally spend around 4 hours a day on this site contributing what I can. I honestly feel this site will be top notch soon because of the effort that everyone is putting into this.

I've been on SHO and PH and believe PH is the better of the two. A lot of people on SHO are childish and do stupid things. They have no rules as to what you can do on the site. I like porn just as much as everyone else, but minors check the site out and shouldn't see that. Thats why I think HondaStyle will be # 1. We have a good group of mods here and the webmasters are great. If we don't keep the forums clean, then we will be compared to Sho. I don't want that.

I mean, yeah there are a lot of girls in bikinis.....but no more than you'd see at the local swimming pool. And everything that goes farther than that we get rid of as soon as possible. Also that seems to just be a thing with the people who only hang out in off topic....if you go to one of the real forums you barely ever see it. And PH sucks. I just can't see myself supporting it, knowing how it got started. Plus it's just plain crap anyway...a lot of incorrect information going around. Like an entire thread will be filled with bad advice...and usually I just don't feel like correcting an entire thread... This place definitely seems like it will be cool though once it gets a bit populated. |

I ain't trying to make anyone mad or affend anyone. I just feel that sometimes, people go to far on SHO. I go to SHO and PH alot to see whats going on. I have learned a great deal from both. But I feel that SHO has some content problems toward minors.

I wasn't trying to bad mouth SHO, i was just saying, it is slow compared to this site. I have gotten lots of help from that website. I give it Props! It has its issues just like any other site, I was just complimenting the speed on this one. Most likely do to the fact that there are not alot of people on here cutting down on the BIG BAD BANDWITH!

SHo IS laggy as as hell. But they do have a gang of members logged on all the time. I just hope that this site stays fast = ). But when your members grow it will lag. Cant get away with it. Its part of life.= ) hehe
