i been doing tons of reading on suspension. but this im confused about. well i havent read much on it.

what is its purpose/ what does it do? do you need it? is there a plus to having it?

I believe its similar to caster and camber plates that allow you more adjustment of your suspension specs.

The benafits are they don't flex like the rubber bushing do, keeping your suspension in alignment.
