How low can I go?

I've got a 98 Civic Coupe. I will be putting in kyb agx's and ground control coilovers. I will most likely have 17x7.5 Rotas with a 45 mm offset and 205 40 17 tires. How low will I be able to lower the car without any fender mods? If I had 17X7's would it make much difference? Thanks.

Im not sure with AGXs. When I ran my Skunk coilovers with Koni yellows I could lower it down to the top of the tire with no rubbing on everyday driving. I had the dampening settings on my shocks as tight as they could go. You could try it and see how it rides. I dont know much about AGXs. If you go to low youll have problems with the shock blowing out.
