bend lower tie bar

I was driving home tonight and there was a spot on the road that was uneven and a peice of the road was raised a bit. I didn't even notice until just before I went over and all I heard was ssccrrraaaaaaaaaaaaapppeee! My lower tie bar got bent so now instead of being parallel to the ground one side a bit higher than the other.

Would it be possible to bend it back into shape or something?

I'm sure that you could bend it back into place if you messed with it..but is it the bar that bent or did it push up that spot under your car?
Good luck on fixing it..I would think maybe a vise and heat along w/ some force to bend back if so...
